Weights Class: Tuesdays 5:30-6:15pm
Yoga Sculpt Class: Wednesdays 6:00-6:45pm
HIIT Class: Thursdays 6:00-6:45pm
Fitness classes created specifically for dancers and competitive dancers. In these classes, the dancers will build muscle for balance, correct alignment, and strength in their dances. This is a great option for dancers to cross train and learn basic fitness education.
Fitness Show Posing and Stage Presentation
Learn how to put your best foot forward, show off your hard work, find your angles, and strut your stuff. Every time I step on the stage as an IPE Bikini Pro, I aim to own the stage. I will work with you on your individual routine, transitions between poses, group comparison poses, a confident walk, and so much more.
Prep for an Event: Brides, Mother of the Bride, Bridal Party, etc.
Get ready for your big day or for an event that you want to feel your best. I will set up a 14, 12, or 10 week plan for you to prepare for a wedding, vacation, class reunion, etc.
